Nucleofill contains polynucleotides, they have an effect on fibroblast receptors in the skin. This process initiates the formation of type one collagen and elastin, as well as stimulates the activity of the fibroblasts that are in the resting stage. As a consequence, the skin elasticity improves and the skin is more lifted.

The product can be administered in two ways. The bolus deposit technique into the bioesthetic points
(5 points on each side of the face, 0.15 ml each injection), or microdeposits into the affected areas that we want to treat.
People who are sensitive to pain can be treated with an anaesthetic cream. During the treatment, a slight pinching and stretching may be felt.
We recommend to have a series of 2-4 treatments, one every 4 weeks.
